[4] This mummy was rediscovered in 1975 when the old stupa preserving it collapsed and it's estimated to generally be from about the 14th century. The monk was most likely a Tibetan dzogpa-chenpo practitioner and similar mummies are located in Tibet and East Asia.[5] The preservation on the mummy for a minimum of 5 generations was attainable due to
